1. Cheater's name
2. Cheater's IP address and/or SteamID (If you're host, type "status" and you'll get full information about the players on your server)
3. Evidence for your claims, which may be a video or a screenshot.
4.Register in http://alteriw.net
5. REPORT HERE

You need to have all those three things in order for us to process your request.
